Ray has a long history in Corporate America. He started his career in New York City in the technology industry working for fortune 100 companies like Xerox, IBM, DEC, and Microsoft. He then started his own consulting company and worked to partner private companies with government programs in New Jersey.

He served his community by being a member of the Englewood, NJ Planning Board, Co-Chair of the Englewood Community Foundation, and President of a political advocacy group. There he engineered and led the successful effort to raise $50M to update the public schools. Ray then decided to pursue real estate development and joined Walmart as a Real Estate Director and spent 10 years there learning large scale commercial real estate development. Ray then joined Starbucks to build out locations needed to support the company’s growth objectives in South Florida.

After Starbucks, Ray began looking to purchase a business and learned about the benefits of franchising. In that process, he learned how franchise consulting allowed him to use his emotional intelligence and business development skills to help others. With his experience in franchise development, Ray is a seasoned franchise consultant dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs and investors to achieve their business aspirations through strategic franchise ownership. Holding the Certified Advanced Franchise Consultant (CAFC) designation, he combines industry expertise with a personalized approach to guiding clients in identifying and acquiring franchise opportunities that align with their goals and values.
