OUR IDEAL FRANCHISEE
There is no fashion experience required. Scout & Molly's is the perfect franchise for a fashionista, business-minded couple, or mother-daughter team with a passion for fashion. Sales and/or marketing experience is desirable but not required. Females like Scout & Molly’s.
Owner-Operator (CEO Role/Manager) – Franchisee will run the day to day of business. This includes marketing, hiring and managing employees, goal setting (KPI’s), and achieving with the team.
Manage the Manager (Can keep your job) – This Franchisee hires a Full-time Boutique Manager. The Franchisee manages the Manager and runs the company as the CEO. The manager runs the Boutique from a Manager level. This time requirement is whatever it takes to be successful.
