Function of the Owner
Owner-Operator (CEO role/Manager) - Franchisee will run the day to day of business. This includes marketing, hiring and managing employees, goal setting (KPI?s), and achieving. Owner-operators with 1Heart receive extensive training then buildout their business and culture with Corporates help. Many full time Franchisees eventually transition to managing a General Manager of their business.
Manage the Team - Franchisee will hire a 2-person team to oversee the day-to-day tasks. Franchisee runs the budget, manage the financials of the business, and oversee the company.
