Function of the Owner/Daily Tasks:
In addition to the day-to-day tasks of operating a business such as managing a team, marketing, and networking, AtWork owners often assist their team in the two primary areas of staffing business development (sales) and recruiting. Once the operation becomes established, owners will often hire an Office Coordinator.
Prospects must have a minimum of 3+ years of Business-to-Business sales experience. Additionally, those with corporate management experience possess both the people skills and the business knowledge needed to succeed. Previous staffing and recruiting professionals also flourish as AtWork franchise owners. Our ideal candidates have outgoing personalities, highly developed interpersonal skills, and are passionate about helping others. Adaptability is the key to franchisee success. Prospect must be a full-time owner operator; Semi-Absentee is not allowed.
