With Multiple revenue streams, pack out, cleaning, deodorizing, storage, pack back and total loss inventory and
generally, all with minimal staff, CRS is a simple business model, much different from the full-service restoration
companies on the market today.
Startup costs can vary, depending on the capital the franchisee has to invest. From leasing trucks and warehouse
space to purchasing it outright, there is a large potential for flexibility for new franchisees.
All franchisees are supported by the people who have worked this industry day in and day out for years and in
some cases, decades. We also offer comprehensive in house and onsite training to make sure our franchisees are
starting off on the right foot.

The CRS team has great relationships with network providers as well as proven methods for obtaining and
maintaining local restoration contractors in the areas they serve. Little to no sales force is needed, as most of our
clients come from their insurance carriers or restoration contractors that do not wish to handle the contents
portion of a claim.
