Diesel Barbershop has developed a Best In Class multi step comprehensive training program for both new owners, and their managers, and opening staff.
To begin, new owners will attend Intro to Diesel Training held in San Antonio (or other location) for 2.5 days. This training event takes place within approximately 3 months after being awarded a franchise license. Topics included in this Intro Training include but are not limited to: The new shop opening timeline and opening checklist, a review of the real estate & construction process, how to develop a marketing plan and B.O.S (Business Objectives System) Plan overview.
Approximately 4 weeks after construction begins on your new location, we invite you back to San Antonio (or other location) for Owners Training. This 2.5 day training takes place hands on in the shop. In this training you will learn the daily shop operations of a successful barbershop, such as opening and closing the day and everything in between.
