Real Estate Sales, LLC – Flip Cheap Houses™ teaches beginner investors how to invest in real estate without risking their own
cash or credit. Typical real estate transactions are done using private funders and contractors so we can fix and flip or fix and
hold. We also take advantage of off-market deals before they are made public. Having a huge base of cash buyers, we can use
option contracts to sell properties to them as well, where they will fix and flip or fix and hold.
Why do we need beginner investors? We invest in properties in all 50 states and do NOT buy properties sight unseen. But
instead, we teach beginner investors how to analyze certain properties in their city/county. They can view these properties
locally in person and make final calculations using our software and experience. Based upon their calculations we will either
invest in the properties or not. They never have to risk using their own cash or credit.
This is not a "Get Rich" scheme, but an actual business that beginner investors must devote 10 hours a week to. They can make
50-75% of the net profit of each real estate deal, without risking a penny! Typical profits for them will average $15,000 a deal
and they can expect to do on average 7-8 deals working 10 hours a week over the next 12 months.
