You (if the franchisee is an individual) or all of your owners (if the franchisee is a business entity), and your two managers must complete our HQ Initial Training program, to our satisfaction, no later than 60 days before opening your Franchised Business. We will train you at our headquarters and/or affiliate-owned location in Washington DC, or another location we specify. Total hours include 14 hours of classroom instruction and 62 hours of on-the-job training.
