Training and support program details:
The Initial Training Program (ITP) is designed to encompass everything you will need to operate and grow your business leveraging the many differentiators we possess. We
start off with 4 days of virtual training followed by the remaining 22 days in a flex schedule format hosted at our Corporate Office in Crystal Lake, IL. During this time, you will learn in both a classroom and in the field training setting allowing you to experience the daily operations of the business. From there we offer a comprehensive 120-day
support program focused on the launch of your business. Following this launch, training never ends and there is never any costs. Both proactive and reactive training is
hosted by our Corporate Team virtually year-round and through the entire term of the franchise. Additional training for any executive new hires is also free, you provide travel
only, should you wish us to train higher leadership positions.
