Training and support program details:
The training program is geared to be able to do it while you are working at a full-time job still. Most of our franchisees start
MaidThis as a side business, before eventually quitting their full-time job to do MaidThis full-time.
The Training & Onboarding Phase is roughly 8 weeks. This includes 2-3 hours of "classroom" training via Zoom, a 1 hour
check in call, and then assigned "homework" or action items for the franchisee to do on their own time. Therefore the time
commitment is usually up to 5-10 hours per week during this training period.
We schedule these training sessions around the existing work schedule of the franchisee.
Franchisees get trained in everything with how to run MaidThis: how to market to customers, how to find and recruit
cleaners, how to manage a remote team, etc. The franchisee gets to sit in on live interviews with our corporate team as
well, and has access to our corporat
