Oxygen offers a hybrid learning approach for all new franchisees beginning with our Online Sales & Operations Training Academy. Our Academy is rooted in adult learning principles and can be tailored around each person's schedule over the course of 5-6 weeks. After each module, our Lead Trainer conducts one-on-one Zoom-based reviews with the franchisee. Upon studio opening, on-site assistance is provided for the first week to put the theory into practice, followed by continued support.
