Corporate training will be provided after initiation of franchise agreement and before the opening of the franchise location.
Training will be a full week at our Corporate Headquarters in Tulsa, OK and will consist of 40 hours of classroom learning.
Topics will include: Corporate Philosophy and Company Introduction, Pre-opening Procedures and Insurance Requirements, Operations, Sales and Marketing, Hardware and Software, Human Resources and Financial Management.
24 additional hours of hands-on training will be provided at the franchisee's location once operations have commenced.
