The training consists of approximately 22 hours of classroom-based instruction and 6 hours of guided, on-the-job training, delivered either at our headquarters, virtually, or at a designated training location based on operational needs.
The curriculum is intentionally comprehensive and covers the full scope of running a high-performing home care business.
We provide the initial training program tuition-free for up to two (2) of your representatives, however, you are required to pay the expenses that you will incur for
travel, food, and lodging during the initial training program. The cost you incur will vary depending upon factors such as distance traveled, mode of transportation, travel
preferences (such as air travel or ground transportation), nature of accommodations, per diem expenses actually incurred, and the number of persons who attend training. This
cost does not include salaries or wages owed to employees of your Franchised Business, which are covered under the “Additional Funds” estimated range.
