Training and support program details:
The Franchisor anticipates holding training classes three to six (6) times per year.
Initial training will be held at our offices and business location in Hamilton, New Jersey. They reserve the right to vary the length and content of the initial training program based on the experience and skill level of any individual attending the initial training program.
The instructional materials consist of the Brand Standards Manual and other materials, lectures, discussions, and on-the-job demonstration and practice on such subjects as operations, Human Resources, staff scheduling, advertising, and promotion, and buildout checklist. Hours of classroom training is estimated at thirty (30) hours and on-the-job training is estimated at fifteen (15) hours.
Training classes will be led or supervised by Ms. Cathy Neilley who has 10 years of experience in the laundromat industry and brings decades in franchising and market analytics. There is no fee for up to two (2) people to attend training; but the franchisee must attend, and satisfactorily complete it.
