Training and support program details:
We offer comprehensive training designed to equip franchisees with knowledge, skills and confidence needed to operate their franchise efficiently. Training will help ensure that they are able educate their team members and meet our operational expectations while providing exceptional customer service. Training includes 25 hours of in person training at our Headquarters in Houston and 34 hours of on the job training. Onsite training will be for five (5) consecutive days at the franchisee's location. The training will take place 3 days prior and 2 days after opening the Head Spa. We will provide a team to train onsite to help ensure that the POS system is set up correctly and the franchisee is trained on taking payments and booking services for their first guests.
