Training and support program details:
We believe that proper training is one of the the most critical steps in starting a new franchise. Prior to opening, the
Franchise Owner (or Controlling Owner) must satisfactorily complete the initial training program at an approved location
that we specify. Training for up to 2 individuals is included in the initial franchise fee. All of our training is custom
designed for the individual based on his/her familiarity with and experience in the pest control industry and with Truly
Nolen.
Typically, training includes a combination of (1) online courses through our in-house Trul-e-learn system and online
webinars with certain vendors, (2) electronic manuals for sales and service processes, (3) classroom based training, and
(4) one-on-one infield training with certified trainers. Training covers a host of topics including an introduction to Truly
Nolen, chemicals, safety practices, service protocols, sales methods, basic entomology, customer relations, and
management basics.
Additionally, we may also provide, if we feel it's advisable and beneficial, onsite pre-opening and opening supervision.
