Training and support program details:
Two seats for in person training at our US headquarters are available to franchisees and their manager are included in the franchise fee. Training is required to be completed at least five business days before starting operation of the franchise. The training program includes 8 hours of carrier training; 24 hours of sales training; 8 hours of portal and systems training; Totaling 40 hours of training.
Training materials used are printed and electronic instructional material.
Thereafter, after the franchise business opens, training is provided to any replacement managing owner.
